There's a significant prerequisite for enjoying Louisiana Cafe: You must like fried food. Well, there are, in fact, offerings of jambalaya, etouffee and gumbo, but many of the featured items are served "on a stick" -- meaning fried chunks on skewers. The Bayou-On-A-Stick ($5.95) was an excellent inexpensive meal, lining up a large portion of a half-chicken breast, a crawfish, a piece of spicy Andouille sausage (which, thankfully, was not fried) and a shrimp. I'd quibble about the shrimp's description as "jumbo," but it was big enough that the breading didn't overwhelm the shrimp flavor.
