Hibiscus Caribbean Restaurant

The Hibiscus Caribbean Bar and Grill is an exciting restaurant concept put together by Vincent and Taylor LaTouche for the Brookside entertainment district. The Hibiscus is a casual and sophisticated dining lounge emphasizing West Indian and Caribbean style cuisine. We cater to lunch, afternoon (happy hour), dinner and on weekends the late night crowd. The Hibiscus incorporates live music special events to create an exciting and culturally diverse dining experience. We utilize natural and organic ingredients to create unique and flavorful cuisine authentic to island culture. The Hibiscus procures its ingredients from local markets and farmers when possible, supporting our small farmers and businesses and helping to build our community.
