Fourth Caplinger Mills River Rat Days

We have been building this festival for the past 3 years, each year has doubled in attendance. This festival is very family oriented with many things for the families to enjoy, especially for the children. Evenings are when a lot of teenage and 20's attendees come out. We are expecting 2,500 + this year.
