A Taste of the Season

Registration required (All ages) Spring is near and our thoughts turn to camping out and foraging for wild edibles. Tonight's class will focus on classic foilpack cooking (hobo packs) with a wild gourmet twist. We'll try bison meat stuffed with wild mushrooms, hickory nuts and wild greens. Learn the basics while joining us for a taste.
