The fixed-price dining concept is simple. Boi de Ouro gives you more of everything: food, service and exotic atmosphere.
Once seated, your Brazilian-style dining experience begins. Guests are given the option to relax and enjoy their favorite cocktail, or head directly to Boi de Ouro's extravagant seasonal salad area, roasted vegetables and sides.
A staff of expert carvers (Gauchos) roam through the restaurant offering guest a variety of choice cuts of beef, chicken, lamb, pork and sausage- all slowly spin roasted and grilled over an open flame. Our delicious cheese bread is also offered by the gauchos.
In the old days. " Gauchos" pierced large pieces of meat and slow cooked them over open flamed pits. At Boi de Ouro we keep the tradition alive. Select cuts of meet are prepared over open fire and served tableside as they have been for centuries, preserving the authentic taste of each tender cut.
Guests control their service with a small green and red sided chip given to each of them. The green side signals the Gauchos to begin serving, and the red side stops service.
